What is a Peer-to-Peer
Franchisor Forum
This group is comprised of 8-12 non-competing franchisors. The members are leaders in their respective industries, coming together as like-minded people who share their experiences, and exchange ideas and solutions to help solve their most challenging business and personal issues.
Membership requirements include holding a C-Suite position or controlling interest within a franchisor organization (i.e., President, CEO, COO. ). To qualify as a member of a franchisor forum, the franchise brand must have at least 10 locations, grossing a minimum of $5,000,000 in combined revenue.
Usually, the forums are face-to-face meetings with some video conferencing options due to their respective locations across North America.
Aspects of a Franchisee Forum
A little-known secret is that most Franchise Leaders feel alone. As the Franchisor you are
expected to have all the answers. Not only are your Head Office team looking to you for
answers, but so are all your Franchisees who have invested in your business. You probably have
family and friends who want to help, but no one truly understands what you are going through.
Most franchisors don’t have a confidential peer-to-peer support system of people who know
what it’s like to be you. A place where you can “put it all out there” in a confidential and nonjudgemental space. This is why the Franchisor Forum experience is so powerful
Your Forum experience will consist of the following:
8 to 14 Fellow Franchisee Owners in non-competing businesses.
Monthly meetings (10 per year) to come together to Learn, Grow, Problem Solve, Set Goals, Hold Each Other Accountable and support each other in a way you have never experienced.
Learning sessions from facilitators, guest speakers and leading business people in North America.
Accountability each month for the commitments and plans you have made in previous monthly sessions.
Separate from your Forum Meetings you will receive a monthly One to One coaching session from your facilitator. This is a session that will focus on your business and will help you take your franchise business to new levels.
