Ever feel like you are lost and alone? Is everyone looking to you for answers, but you just feel stuck in the weeds of the business? Then you need a Forum of like-minded peers to help guide you through these challenges. Almost like your very own Board of Advisors. A group of fellow Franchisors who have faced the same challenges as you and can help guide you and your business to a better place.

What is a Peer-to-Peer Franchisor Forum

This group is comprised of 8-12 non-competing franchisors. The members are leaders in their respective industries, coming together as like-minded people who share their experiences, and exchange ideas and solutions to help solve their most challenging business and personal issues.
Membership requirements include holding a C-Suite position or controlling interest within a franchisor organization (i.e., President, CEO, COO. ). To qualify as a member of a franchisor forum, the franchise brand must have at least 10 locations, grossing a minimum of $5,000,000 in combined revenue.
Usually, the forums are face-to-face meetings with some video conferencing options due to their respective locations across North America.
